We do not offer fixed pricing for all projects. Prices depend on the scope, requirements, complexity, and services required.

A custom quote will be provided after discussing your project.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing the information, content, images, access credentials, approvals, and other materials required to complete their project.

Delays in providing required materials or feedback may affect the project timeline.

4. Payments

Payment terms will be communicated and agreed upon before or during the project.

Work may be paused if an agreed payment is delayed or not received.

Any third-party costs, such as hosting, domains, premium plugins, software subscriptions, APIs, or external services, may be charged separately unless specifically included in the agreed quote.

We aim to complete projects within the agreed timeframe. However, timelines may change due to additional requirements, delayed client feedback, third-party services, technical issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Reasonable revisions may be provided according to the scope agreed upon for the project.

Major changes, new pages, new functionality, or requests outside the original project scope may require additional time and cost.

7. Website Content

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the content, images, trademarks, products, and other materials they provide have the necessary permissions and do not violate third-party rights.

Tech Advisors PK is not responsible for legal issues arising from materials supplied or approved by the client.

8. Third-Party Services

Projects may use third-party platforms, plugins, APIs, hosting providers, payment services, or other external tools.

Tech Advisors PK cannot guarantee the continuous availability, performance, pricing, or policies of third-party services.

9. Website Maintenance

Ongoing website maintenance is not automatically included with every development project unless it has been specifically agreed upon.

Clients may request website maintenance and support separately.

10. AI & Automation Services

AI and automation solutions may depend on third-party platforms, APIs, and AI models.

While we aim to build reliable solutions, automated or AI-generated results may occasionally contain errors or require human review. Clients remain responsible for reviewing important outputs and business decisions.

11. Ownership

Ownership of completed project deliverables will be determined according to the agreed project terms and applicable payments.

Third-party themes, plugins, fonts, software, stock assets, APIs, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licenses and ownership terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

Tech Advisors PK will make reasonable efforts to provide reliable and professional services.

However, we are not responsible for indirect losses, loss of profits, business interruption, third-party service failures, or problems caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

13. Website Availability

We may update, modify, temporarily suspend, or change parts of our website when necessary.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available without interruptions or technical errors.
